How we deal with bad weather

What happens if we cancel practice because
of inclement Weather?

We will post at 4:00 PM on the day in question if there is not practice. If there is no post then yes we have practice. I will not decide before 4:00 PM. If you email before 4:00 PM, I will tell you to check the Website or Facebook at 4:00. I do not decide before that time.

If you need to contact Dennis Cooper the director of the club the best way is to email him. If you call during the week he works full time and will not answer his cell until after 4:00 PM.  It would be better to email him than call.

Parents for the Mid East Qualifier if you are new to this type of tournament please email Dennis.cooper@krushvbc.com if you have any questions.

They have some things that might be confusing.

1. Check -in. This is to check the team in and go over the roster with the coach. Parents do not check in. It is for coaches only

2. They have a 10:00 PM Curfew in all hotels. If you are afternoon session and you get out late and dinner late, they ask that you are quiet when you get back to the hotel. If there are any disturbance they will send the "Tournament Arbiter " to the hotel. If that happens usually the team is disqualified. They do not mess around.

3. This is stay to play. that means you stay in their hotel or you cannot play. We had two teams 3 years ago cancel their rooms and get and Airbnb. They were removed from the tournament. When they re-reserved the hotels , they put them back in.

4. There are no outside chairs allowed in the convention center. They will not let you bring it in at all.

5. There are no coolers allowed. If you have food in your backpack they usually are good unless it is some big spread.
